About Randy Kaatz |
|
The building industry started early in life for Randy. His first construction project was the family cabin on Two Sisters Lake in northern Wisconsin. At the age of 13 he was involved from the foundation to the final finish of this project. Randy focused his artistic talents in architecture and design beginning in high school. He has spent 17 years designing and drafting plans for the construction industry. The majority of his designs included logs and heavy timbers and range from cabins to castles. Being associated with the “best” has always been the common thread in Randy’s affiliations. The thread continues in his affiliation with High Country Builders in designing homes for the most discriminating clientele. Randy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Vocational Education with a Design concentration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. He is a member of the International Code Council Consensus Committee which has developed the international standards for log structures. Services: Custom, green/sustainable, log/timber/hybrid home design |
