About Robert Orth |

Robert Orth's career in construction began in 1981 in Pennsylvania working for a construction company as an apprentice and advancing to foreman before obtaining an A.S. degree from Penn State University in Mechanical Engineering. After completing his degree, Robert moved to Vermont as an AutoCAD operator and designer for a pre-cut log home company and then on to a timber frame manufacturer. During those 18 years he has worked all phases in the log and timber frame home industry, nationally and internationally. His responsibilities evolved into an expertise in bills of materials, log grading, purchasing, job site technical assistance, and accounting implementation and database development.
